Every Playlumio Happy Writing Gift Kit order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your kit, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No return is required, even if you have opened or used the kit.

How to request a refund

Email support@playlumiolearn.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos can help us understand damaged or incomplete deliveries, but returning the kit is not required for a refund under this guarantee.

Damaged, incomplete, or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund with no return required. If a part is missing, contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund. You do not need to return the kit.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when your refund has been issued. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
